Tell Us How It Actually Went
docuredo is built by a small team that does not draw for a living. You do. Tell us what worked, what did not, and what you wish it did — we credit the posts we act on, and knowing which part you rely on changes what we build just as much as knowing what is broken.
We credit the posts we act on — good news included.
Frequently asked questions.
How many credits do I get for feedback?
Posts we act on typically earn 20 credits, and a report that changes what we build earns more. If we invited you by email and offered a specific number, you get at least that. Credits are granted by a person after reading your post, not automatically on submission, so writing more posts does not earn more credits on its own.
Do I need an account to send feedback?
No. You can post signed out — just give us an email address. If we credit your post, the credits are waiting on that address the first time you sign in with it.
Will you reply to my post?
Not always. We read every post, but we only reply when we need more detail from you. If you want a conversation, use the Contact us button instead — that one reaches us by email and always gets an answer.
What makes a post worth crediting?
Detail we can act on: what you were doing, how it actually went, and the kind of drawings you work with. A post that changes what we build, fixes something for other people, or tells us which part we must not break is what earns credits.
Do you only want to hear about problems?
No. Telling us which part of docuredo you rely on is as useful as telling us what is broken, because it is how we know what not to change. Specific praise counts the same as a specific bug report — a one-line 'nice app' does not, for the same reason a vague bug report does not.
What do you do with my email address?
We use it to send you the credits and, occasionally, to ask a follow-up question about your post. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share it. See the Privacy page for what we store and for how long.
Can I send a screenshot or a drawing that will not process?
Not through this page — feedback posts take text only, so that customer drawing content does not end up in our database. Use the Contact us button in the corner for anything with a file attached. It is not credited, but it gets a reply.
