These terms are an agreement between you and Deniz Nasibli, a sole proprietor trading as docuredo ("we", "us"), the operator of docuredo.com. docuredo is a web service that edits the text inside AutoCAD DWG drawing files you upload — either by applying find-and-replace rules, or by translating the text into another language after you have reviewed and approved each proposed translation — and returns the corrected files together with an audit report and a preview PDF.
By using the service you accept these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that company.
You upload drawing files and either define replacement rules or choose a language to translate into; the service processes the files and makes the results available to you for download. Processing happens on Autodesk cloud infrastructure (see section 5). Paid use is measured in credits: one credit processes one drawing file with find and replace, and translating a drawing costs three credits, because each drawing is opened twice with a machine-translation and review step in between. The current rates are always shown on the pricing page and before you start a job. Credits are sold in one-time packs and never expire. There are no subscriptions.
We also grant credits for free: on sign up, and sometimes through a personal invite link sent to you. Free credits behave exactly like paid ones once they are in your account and never expire, but they are not purchased, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. An invite link is personal to the recipient, works once, and stops working after the date stated in the email that carried it.
We work hard to process files accurately — including refusing to make replacements that cannot be made safely, which are flagged as "skipped" in your audit report rather than guessed at — but we do not guarantee that every replacement in every file will be possible.
Because your files are processed on Autodesk cloud infrastructure, you agree to use restrictions at least as strict as Autodesk's Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to your use of this service in addition to the rules below. You agree NOT to:
We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
You keep all rights to the files you upload and everything the service produces from them. We claim no ownership of your drawings.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload — for having the right to process it, for what it contains, and for verifying the output before you rely on it. Drawings are engineering documents; always review the audit report and the corrected files before using them in the real world.
Do not upload files containing sensitive personal data — for example health records, financial account details, government identification numbers, or biometric data. The service is built for technical drawings, not for personal data, and is not designed to any compliance standard for such data (e.g. HIPAA).
Your files are uploaded from your browser directly to Autodesk cloud storage and are processed by Autodesk Platform Services (a genuine cloud AutoCAD engine). Your drawing files do not pass through or rest on our own servers.
Content handled by Autodesk is subject to Autodesk's Privacy Statement. Autodesk may use content as needed to provide and improve its services, and may access or disclose content where required for legal reasons.
Uploaded files and generated outputs are deleted from active storage within 48 hours of job completion. See the Privacy Policy for the full data story.
Translation projects have a shorter deadline of their own: a translation must be reviewed and applied within 20 hours of the scan that reads the text out of your drawings. After that, the uploaded drawings are deleted and the project can no longer be applied. The review list itself remains available and can be exported.
You may download your corrected files, audit reports, and preview PDFs at any time while they exist (within the 48-hour window). Rule sets you build in the app can be exported as CSV at any time. If we ever hold account data about you (such as your email), you can request a copy or deletion at [email protected].
If you use Translate, the translation memory kept against your account (the lines of drawing text and their approved translations) can be cleared by you at any time from the Translate page — the Privacy Policy (section 5) describes what it holds and how long it is kept.
Credit packs are one-time purchases handled by our payment provider (a merchant of record). If a file fails to process, whatever it cost is refunded to your balance automatically. Unused packs are refundable within 14 days. The details are in the Refund Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every replacement will be made.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility.
Plainly: keep your originals. The service never modifies the file you uploaded — it produces a corrected copy — but you are responsible for retaining your own source files and verifying output before use.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (your responsibility for content, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
